Important Notice to Users and Threat Actors

By interacting with the SusScam platform, either as a reporter or as an adversary being actively targeted by our Neural Engine, you are bound by these operational Terms of Service.

1. The SusScam Public Intake

The SusScam platform allows individuals to submit malicious links, screenshots, and cyber-criminal indicators. By submitting data to SusScam, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to ingest, analyze, syndicate, and weaponize this intelligence to execute automated node takedowns.

• You must only submit authentic indicators of compromise (IoCs).
• You must not utilize our platform to launch denial-of-service attacks against legitimate, verified businesses.
• We reserve the right to ban users who intentionally poison our Neural Engine datasets with false positives.

2. Autonomous Dismantling Protocols

SusScam is not a passive reporting tool. We are a threat destruction architecture. When an IoC is mathematically and neurally verified with over 99.8% confidence, our engines will automatically generate and dispatch legally enforceable DMCA Abuse and WHOIS takedown requests to the hosting provider and domain registrar.

We act as an authorized agent on behalf of the brands and humans being defrauded. We assume zero liability for the localized deletion of adversarial servers as a direct consequence of our automated reporting.

3. Enterprise B2B API Licensing

Access to the SusScam Bearer API (the "Threat Mesh") is strictly restricted to vetted Tier-1 Enterprise clients, ISPs, and Law Enforcement.

• API Rate Limits: Enterprise clients are bound to the rate limits defined in their Master Service Agreement (MSA). Bypassing limits via proxy routing will result in immediate API Key revocation.
• Tenant Scoping: Your Bearer Token relies on strictly defined AI-driven brand restrictions. You are only authorized to ingest telemetry directly related to your registered Domain Map.
• Resale Prohibited: Syndicating the SusScam raw intelligence feed to unauthorized third-party engines without a commercial syndication license is strictly forbidden.

4. Liability & Indemnification

SusScam operates a highly sophisticated Neural Classification pipeline, but we are not law enforcement. We provide no guarantee that an submitted threat will be successfully unhosted or that financial losses can be recovered. The service is provided "AS IS".

We bear no liability for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages stemming from the utilization of our public feed or Enterprise API. Operating at lightning speed involves acceptable mathematical thresholds of risk; clients utilizing our automated IP blocking datasets do so entirely at their own perimeter risk.

5. Modifications to the Engine

We deploy rapid iterative updates to our classification models and takedown protocols. We reserve the full right to modify, suspend, or deprecate API endpoints or public UI features at any time without prior written notice to non-Enterprise users.
